Fees paid for strategy consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and conducted.If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify KARTA Ltd. at least 24 hours prior to your slot time. Late reschedules are subject to slots availability.
Fees for Document Review & QA are eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation request is received prior to our team starting the document audit.Once the Document QA audit has begun, or a draft checklist/strategy report has been compiled, fees are fully earned and non-refundable.
As consular outcomes rest solely with government authorities, KARTA Ltd. does not issue refunds, credits, or fee adjustments in the event of a visa refusal.Our service fee is earned upon the completion of document preparation checks, cover letter writing, and strategy reviews, independent of embassy decisions.
