This Service Agreement outlines the operational boundaries, client commitments, and project deliverables for KARTA Ltd.'s visa advisory engagements.
For each document audit package, KARTA Ltd. will deliver: (a) A written profile gap assessment report, (b) A customized evidentiary document checklist, and (c) Structured support for travel cover letter writing.Additional advisory checkups or post-refusal responses must be explicitly contracted.
The client guarantees that all financial records, business licenses (CAC documents), bank books, and employment certificates provided are accurate.The client must submit all checklist files at least 5 working days before their scheduled consular filing date to allow for proper review quality assurance checks.
This agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or legal representation relationship between the parties.KARTA Ltd. remains an independent profiling contractor.
